Cylora is a collaborative whiteboard service. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account information, including your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifier.
• Content you create, including boards, drawings, text, board names, and collaboration invitations.
• Collaboration data, such as cursor presence, board membership, and save timestamps.
• Technical data needed to operate and secure the service, such as request, device, and diagnostic information collected by our service providers.

How we use information

We use information to provide authentication, save and synchronize boards, enable collaboration, secure and troubleshoot the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Cylora uses Clerk for authentication, Convex for application data and persistence, Liveblocks for real-time collaboration, and hosting providers used to deliver the application. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Sharing and visibility

Board content and profile details may be visible to people you collaborate with. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and board information while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. You may request account and personal-data deletion through the support channel published with the service. Limited records may remain where required for security, legal compliance, or provider backup cycles.

Your choices

You may access and update profile information through the account interface, control who is invited to your boards, or delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Cylora is not directed to children under 13, and you must meet the minimum digital-consent age applicable where you live.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
