Acceptance
By accessing or using Cylora, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your location. You are responsible for your account, its security, and activity performed through it. Account information must be accurate.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Cylora a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload and share your content.
Acceptable use
You may not use Cylora to break the law; infringe rights; distribute malware or abusive content; harass others; gain unauthorized access; interfere with the service; scrape or overload it; or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits.
Collaboration
People you invite may view or change shared content according to the permissions available in the service. You are responsible for choosing collaborators and for information you disclose on shared boards.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features. We may impose reasonable usage limits to protect service availability. Beta or free features may change without notice.
Termination
You may stop using Cylora or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or harm to the service or others. Account deletion is permanent and may remove content you own.
Disclaimers
Cylora is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that content will never be lost.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cylora and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, with material changes communicated where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions may be directed through the support channel published with the service.
